Growing up in Harrisburg, PA, Mark enjoyed helping his dad and brother in the HVAC business.  Years later after some time in Corporate America, he decided to go back to his ‘first love’, HVAC.  He could work with his hands, fix problems like MacGyver, and be that hero who swoops in and saves the world, one AC system at a time.  Not long after, Amy also left Corporate America to run the office and continue networking efforts, freeing up Mark to continue building relationships with customers & suppliers, and training employees.  A&M Mechanical uses a “boutique” approach to understand and meet client needs, building loyalty, trust, and confidence with each encounter.  Company growth is strong because clients feel like part of the A&M Mechanical family, and are comfortable referring friends and family time and time again.  Only the highest standards of technical skill and customer service are acceptable, and employees are well-trained and rewarded with annual company bonuses based solely on customer satisfaction.  The A&M Mechanical slogan, “Bringing Comfort Home”, not only describes the duty to make the home or office space comfortable, but to ensure the customer experience is comfortable too!
